Corona statement regarding JOWA supply of spares and service

JOWA Group wishes all our customers and their families keep safe and well in this difficult time.

At the moment JOWA AB Head office in Sweden is operating as normal. We are making our deliveries and continuing our production. Production at JOWA China, JOWA Germany and JOWA USA continuous as normal.

We can also offer our spare parts supply as normal from our depots in Sweden, Germany, Holland, USA, Singapore and China.

Our worldwide network of service representatives follow rules and regulations from each countries and regions. We are offering remote trouble shooting as an alternative if a service engineer cannot attend in person onboard.

We encourage our customers to stay in close contact with their nearest JOWA office so that we can manage their valuable orders and service jobs.
